About the Client

Our client is a provider of dunning and debt collection services and has reinvented the way the collection of these are done today. Together with high automation, deep learning algorithms and convenient payment methods they aim to improve the way debt collection is done fundamentally.

To build out their sales operations in the DACH region they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a fundamental role in generating new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. You will sell an innovative solution in the debt collection industry, relevant to a wide variety of industries. Your customers are for example large retailers (on- and offline), payment service providers, startups or accounting services. You will also identify and develop other market opportunities as well as plan and execute sales activities to find qualified targets. You will be utilizing prospects lists, conferences, cold calls, email communication, and social media etc. to source new leads, qualify prospects and close sales as well as additionally build/maintain a continuous sales pipeline. You will expose unmet customer needs and incorporate customer feedback to drive excellent overall product experience. Moreover, you will effectively and efficiently track all prospects and help maintain the prospect database.

Requirements

After earning your degree at a top university, you have gained at least 5 years of experience in a sales position of a tech sales/start-up or financial services environment. You have a proven track record of over-achieving your sales quota and you are confident with the complete sales process. You are a self-starter with successful sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization. You bring excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong listening and presentation abilities. Independence, flexibility and speed are essential for you. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to attain goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile. Additionally, you are fluent in German and English and any further languages are appreciated.
