Fraud and Dispute Analyst
For our client, a prosperous finance platform, we are looking for a Fraud and Dispute Analyst based in Amsterdam.
The Job
As Fraud and Dispute Analyst, you will be working in the Operations team and analysing transactions, actioning tasks from the customer support team, and will resolve day-to-day issues of customers.
Day-to-Day

Cooperate in the creation of processes for the Operations hub from scratch, and support the Dutch market launch

You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how payment services are offered to customers in products as well as back-office systems

Communicate with card processor and card program partners to escalate requests and track issues

Work on daily operational requests with the goal of constant improvement
Required Skills

You have working experience with Transaction Monitoring – an understanding of KYC and CDD is a plus

You have hands-on experience identifying card fraud patterns in line with AML and card fraud prevention, and handling card disputes (chargebacks)

You striving for improvements and have a start-up mentality

You work efficiently autonomously, whilst also collaborating with your own team alongside multiple other departments and stakeholders
