LOUISVILLE, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Merchant’s PACT has hired 15-year payments industry leader Genevieve Dozier as Chief Business Development Officer to drive strategic growth and partnerships within the financial institution channel.

In her new role, Dozier will oversee the consulting services, programs, and integrated partnerships that are offered to financial institutions. She will work closely with Jack Henry’s financial institution clients to provide customized merchant services programs and managed services. Additionally, she will help to identify investment and revenue opportunities that will further the growth of the company.

Following BB&T, Dozier worked as the Channel Marketing Manager for North America at Ingenico Group and as Senior Director for Financial Institution Business Development at CardConnect.
